FlavourTech is a private label and branded food and beverage manufacturer with plants in Izmir, Turkey and Tunis, Tunisia, and a trading office in Dubai. We make bouillon and seasonings, instant noodles, beverage powders, coffee creamers, and dessert and baking mixes, for our own brands (Solana, Boni, Mak-C, Tri-C, Budget, Kusina, Hilal, Aqualis, Bäse) and for major retailers' private labels. We ship to more than 90 countries.
The role
You will own our business with European retailers, discounters, wholesalers and distributors, and grow it. You work remotely with our teams in Turkey, Dubai and Tunisia. Remote, based in Europe. Full time with regular travel, reporting to the CEO.
Territory
Germany, Austria and Benelux; the UK; France and francophone markets; the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Balkans.
What you will do
Take over and grow our existing European accounts.




Win new private label and branded business with retailers, discounters, wholesalers and distributors.
Run tenders and quotes with our pricing and R&D; teams; manage samples and follow-up.
Represent us at trade shows such as PLMA Amsterdam.
Keep the CRM (Pipedrive) accurate: pipeline, next steps and forecast.
What we need
5 or more years selling food or FMCG private label to European retail or discount chains.
An existing network with European buyers.
Fluent English; German or French strongly preferred.
Based in Europe and able to travel about a third of the time.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission on collected revenue.
