From Melt Group , we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading recycling company in France . The selected person will be responsible for developing sales in the french market and managing relationships with licensees, with a strong focus on market structure, marketing strategies, and product portfolio management.
Responsibilities: Develop relationships with key market players, growers, and professional organizations.
Define, organize, and follow up on test plots and commercial trials.
Create commercial showrooms in key locations with strategic partners.
Provide technical support to commercial teams and partners.
Conduct market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and market share assessments.
Analyse the business performance and propose improvements.
Requirements and qualifications: At least 3 years' experience in the recycling industry
Fluent in both English and French
At least doing 1000t/month aluminum scrap
Open to visit spain central office every month
