Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape trustworthy, clinically intelligent AI systems for Wolters Kluwer's clinical content and solutions. You’ll work across Clinical AI, Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Business Development to improve AI-driven decision support and ensure clinical accuracy and safety. You’ll engage with partners and customers to guide deployment and demonstrate the impact of our solutions. You will operate in a European remote/hybrid setup with cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance evidence-based clinical AI at scale.

• Collaborate on design, validation, and continuous improvement of clinical AI systems and decision support
• Contribute clinical expertise to decision pathways, evaluation methods, and real-world clinical decision making
• Lead and participate in clinical validation activities, safety evaluation, and expert testing to ensure accuracy and usefulness
• Translate clinician and partner feedback into system improvements with cross-functional teams




• Monitor developments in clinical AI, evidence-based medicine, regulatory frameworks, and risk management
• Partner with Business Development for clinical representation in strategic engagements
• Communicate the company’s approach to clinical accuracy, safety, and trustworthy AI in deployments
• Provide clinical guidance during partner/customer implementations and ensure appropriate integration
• Review platform implementations from a clinical perspective and support approval processes
• Design and execute clinical outcomes studies to evaluate integration into clinical workflows
• Represent the company in clinical thought leadership activities such as conferences and publications
Responsabilidades
• MD, DO, PharmD, Advanced Practice Provider, or equivalent clinical degree
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice with broader experience in research, education, safety, quality, informatics
