The client has a large and ongoing portfolio of Project Operations and Field Service projects, with continuous demand for experienced specialists in these areas.
The Role
We're looking for a senior functional consultant with extensive practical experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations and, ideally, strong Field Service experience as well. This is a hands-on functional consulting role — not presales, not a certification-level position. You'll be expected to speak concretely about what you've personally delivered and owned in real customer environments.
What you'll be doing
- Analyzing complex business, service and project processes and translating them into scalable, practical solutions
- Independently leading functional consulting activities: requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, functional design and configuration




- Advising customers on process improvements and solution choices, including challenging requirements where needed
- Hands-on configuration and optimization, plus support for testing, training, go-live and post-go-live
- Working closely with developers, architects and integration specialists to align functional, technical and integration requirements
- Identifying risks and dependencies early, communicating them proactively with concrete evidence
- Assessing change impact carefully and asking the right questions before implementation
- Taking ownership and driving continuous improvement in a multidisciplinary, international team
- Delivering within scope, budget and timeline while maintaining strong customer relationships
