We are expanding the R&D; team of a leading automotive technology company in Jaén, Andalucía . We are looking for technical talent with a passion for electronics and drivers , who wants to grow into a project leadership role.
What you'll do:
Lead the technical development of driver products for automotive electronics.
Coordinate R&D; activities across hardware, firmware, and embedded systems.
Act as the technical interface with customers.
Grow into a project leadership role over time.
What we're looking for:
Degree or Master's in Engineering: Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, Automation or similar.




3+ years of experience in electronics, hardware, embedded, drivers, or similar.
Technical background is essential — this is not a pure project management role.
Interest in automotive and drivers.
English B2/C1.
Residency in Jaén (or willingness to relocate to Jaén).
