The Centre/Hotel Operations Director will own the entire residential and hospitality operation, overseeing accommodation, staff, schedules, meals, transport, wellness activities and external professional appointments to ensure seamless client programmes.
You will lead the centre’s hospitality, client-support and operational teams, coordinate with therapists and external providers, maintain discretion and confidentiality,
