Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager will own the company’s GTM systems and processes, streamlining and rebuilding processes to improve revenue data flow and forecasting. The role requires a hands-on, technical approach, with a focus on building and maintaining full-funnel and conversion reporting across the customer lifecycle.

The Revenue Operations Manager will own the company’s GTM tech stack, streamline and rebuild processes, build and maintain full-funnel and conversion reporting, support forecasting, and maintain data quality and governance across the CRM and adjacent tools.

- 3+ years of experience in a RevOps or Sales Ops role at a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up
- Strong administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with a low/no-code automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how B2B SaaS go-to-market motions work
