Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium-level support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services industry.




Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and elevate critical issues, contributing to process improvements.
Uphold the highest quality standards expected of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria.
Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
