Your responsibilities
- Set up, execute, and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns (email, push app, web push).




- Work on customer segmentation and message personalization to maximize engagement.
- Assist in customer journey mapping and optimize lifecycle marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor and strictly analyze campaign KPIs, focusing on sales performance and marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in A/B testing, post-campaign reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market benchmarks and competitive intelligence on CRM trends and automation best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align CRM execution with overall business goals.

Your profile
- Native French speaker.
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Master’s student in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Data Analytics, Communication, or Business.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a high orientation toward data analysis, sales metrics, and KPI tracking.
