Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
Resolve complex inquiries through various support channels, including phone, email, and live chat.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions that meet specific user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related issues efficiently.
Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery protocols within the customer support services department.
Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM database, maintaining professional standards at all times.
Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer support services or a client-facing environment is preferred.
