Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service in the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and empathy.




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM to ensure high-quality service standards.
Collaborate with international team members to troubleshoot complex issues and identify process improvements.
Stay updated on company product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support to all French-speaking users.
Exceed quality and performance targets set by the management team to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment at our on-site facility in Sofia.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Strong command of English for internal
