Santander UK in Burton Upon Trent is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Retail Banking team. You will work 35 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, delivering friendly service in-branch and over the phone.
You’ll handle day-to-day transactions, answer queries, build relationships, and suggest services to help customers. The role offers a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 versátil allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus, plus generous holidays and pension.
