Graphite is a fully remote AI growth agency and currently seeking an L&D; Coordinator based in Madrid. You will work with the L&D; Manager to sustain onboarding, training, and internal learning programs while growing content creation and community-building within the team.
You’ll own program execution, track data, and help automate repetitive tasks using AI tools. This is a foundational, growth-focused role with opportunities to scale L&D; content company-wide.
