In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligningpeople’sinitiatives with organizational goals while enhancing employee engagement and driving operational excellence. You willprovideexpert guidance on performance management, talent development, employee experience, and compliance across our Iberia organization, working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams.
