Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations , including transportation, warehousing,



and inventory management.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
- Oversee carrier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management , with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of transportation modes, supply chain principles , and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools; experience working effectively in a remote management capacity.
