AI Infrastructure Partnerships Manager – AI Inference / GPU Infrastructure / Semiconductor Partnerships / Go-to-Market

We are currently partnered with a deep-tech organisation developing AI software and infrastructure solutions to optimise the deployment and operation of large language models. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem, including semiconductor companies, GPU and data centre hardware resellers, and data centre operators. The successful candidate will drive go-to-market strategy, develop partner-led sales channels, and generate revenue through AI inference services and model deployment platforms.

Key responsibilities

- Build and manage partnerships with semiconductor companies and GPU hardware providers, supporting hardware validation, joint positioning and routes to market.

- Recruit, develop and enable GPU and data centre hardware resellers to bundle AI infrastructure software and inference services with their existing offerings.

- Establish partner programmes, deal registration processes, pricing structures and sales enablement initiatives.

- Develop relationships with data centre operators to deliver AI services to their customers and host capacity for inference offerings.

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including target partners, joint value propositions, sales motions and commercial models.

- Manage partner pipelines, forecast accurately and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Key requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships within semiconductors, AI infrastructure, data centres or cloud.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end customer sales opportunities, from qualification and proposal through negotiation and signature.

- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas or revenue targets.





- Experience closing partner or channel agreements with measurable revenue outcomes.

- Working technical knowledge of the AI infrastructure stack, including GPUs, accelerators, inference serving and model deployment.

- Understanding of data centre economics, including power consumption, utilisation and margin per GPU.

- Ability to explain token-based pricing and AI inference economics to technical buyers and commercial decision-makers.

- Established network across European semiconductor companies, hardware resellers or data centre operators.

- Experience building go-to-market strategies and sales processes in early-stage environments.

- Fluency in English and Spanish.
