Position: Expert Project Manager, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Manage delivery for a team of senior domain experts in AI training and evaluation.
- Oversee throughput, quality, and expert performance for the Spanish (Spain) cohort.
- Coordinate across domains including finance, consulting, law, medicine, STEM, and HR.




- Ensure quality control and review workflows are maintained.
- Achieve daily delivery targets while managing distributed teams.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5+ years running delivery programs in expert-data, AI training , or professional-services operations.
- Native or fluent in Spanish .
- Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
- Experience managing distributed teams of senior professionals.
- Hourly contractor
