Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Gerente de Ventas Regional to lead and expand their sales team in the south of Spain, operating completely remote. You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy for your territory, motivating your team of representatives and ensuring achievement of revenue objectives. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong track record in managing sales teams, capable of inspiring and directing remotely, and looking for a adaptable and challenging work environment. You will work from your own office, managing a distributed team and contributing directly to the growth and success of the company in the region of Andalucía .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for the assigned region.
- Lead, train and motivate the sales representative team to achieve their individual and team objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies.
- Establish and monitor key KPIs, ensuring attainment of billing and market share objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product)
to optimize campaigns and value proposition.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress and projections.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales team management roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage remote teams.
- Deep knowledge of the market and sector in Andalucía .
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
