Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters and reports
Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation are correct
Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint
Create professional binders for distribution to clients
Assist in data entry, filing, and quality check reviews
Provide support in laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for specimen handling, processing, test execution, result documentation, and record management.
Assist in the maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and equipment, contributing to the upkeep of a safe, clean, and fully functional working environment.
Coordinate with external service providers, including accompanying vendors and contractors during equipment repairs, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and safety standards.
Assemble kits individually or as part of a team according to the lab kit specifications
Work directly with multiple members of the lab team including Kitting, Logistics,



and Project Management
Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
Maintain detailed and accurate general laboratory records and documentation
Assist with administrative responsibilities
Mentor less tenured Research Associates and act as a resource
