The O&M; Deployment Leader will lead and support the development and deployment of new technologies and tooling for our global Wind Service OM&U; Business, with a focus on robotics and automation. They will also lead Operations Maintenance & Upgrades lean efforts for new and existing processes/capabilities to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, & Cost.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
As the Services O&M; Deployment Leader, you will:
Be the primary liaison between the Global Wind Services OM&U; (Operations, Tooling Centers, EHS) and Wind Engineering (Systems Engineering, ARC, Repair & Installation Technology, Product Line, FPM) in the areas of O&M; automation & new technology programs.
Lead Global Validations & Beta Period of tooling/process products by working with Wind Engineering, Product Line,



Regional Execution Teams, EHS and etc. to ensure timely and realistic trials; this will include the establishment of validation teams, identification of site / location, logistics, work instructions, execution and data collection / report outs
Lead and complete action plan following tool/process validations as well as lead continuous improvements as new feedback is received to meet all CTQs
Establish integral training requirements & strategy for new products; this will include building a curriculum, creating training levels, leading training sessions globally, & any additional knowledge
