The role in one sentence You’ll build the brand around a creator-led growth engine that already works, and you’ll make a big part of the work yourself.
The Opportunity We’re partnering with an 8-figure DTC haircare brand built through creator marketing. The product sells and the acquisition engine works. What’s missing is a clear identity, strong creative direction, and one consistent way the brand looks and sounds everywhere.
That’s what you’ll own. And this isn’t a strategy-only role: you’ll set the direction and get hands-on with design, copy, shooting, and editing yourself.
What you’ll do Define the brand identity: visual direction, typography, color, tone of voice, and a practical brand playbook.
