About the Role The role is for a high-impact instructor to lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes. The instructor will teach formats such as Cycle, Bodypump and Bodycombat within a diverse timetable that includes exclusive Signature Classes. They will join a team of ambassadors who support members in achieving their goals and help create a thriving, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes.
Deliver high-impact classes such as Cycle, Bodypump, Bodycombat and similar formats.
Teach exclusive Signature Classes such as BLAZE where applicable.
Support and inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Communicate and interact effectively with members during classes.
Provide excellent customer service to members.
Required Experience & Qualifications Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification is mandatory to apply.
Ability to teach high-impact group exercise formats such as Cycle, Bodypump, Bodycombat, etc.




Ability to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities.
Passion for health and fitness.
Ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
Strong communication and interaction skills.
Self-driven with a positive outlook.
Passion for customer service.
Workplace 11 fixed hours, distributed between Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
