In this role, you'll transform operational data into meaningful insight that improves customer outcomes, drives performance, and supports smarter decision-making across multiple European markets. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Analytics, Resource Planning and senior leaders, you'll help answer the key questions: What's happening? Why is it happening? What should we do next? This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning numbers into actions that make a measurable impact. What You'll Be Doing Delivering Insight That Drives Action Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions that provide a clear view of operational, customer, sales and claims performance.
Identify trends, opportunities and risks across markets, explaining the drivers behind performance and recommending practical actions.
Translate complex data into concise, impactful insights for operational and senior leadership audiences.
Monitoring Performance & Improving Outcomes Analyse operational performance across internal teams and external partners, identifying root causes of issues and areas for improvement.
Measure the impact of initiatives, track performance against targets, and support evidence-based decision making.
Develop leading indicators and early-warning measures that help teams proactively address emerging risks.
