Lead cross-functional teams in defining strategy, scoping workstreams, and driving accountability for outcomes
Conduct data-driven analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities, diagnose business challenges, and recommend strategic directions
Assess and prioritize market opportunities, potential partnerships, and M&A; targets based on strategic fit and business impact
Influence senior leaders, build shared ownership, and drive decisions without formal authority
Coordinate complex initiatives across product, marketing, operations, and other functions; align stakeholders and proactively flag and resolve risks




Translate ambiguity into clear scopes and action plans; manage parallel workstreams and focus on measurable business outcomes
Produce data-backed narratives for leadership and the board, tailoring messages to different audiences
Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently
Требования: 7+ Years of experience in strategy, operations, or leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
Proven track record owning strategic projects or transformation initiatives from scope to delivery
Strong commercial acumen, including understanding of marketplace dynamics, business models, monetization, and growth mechanics, and connecting strategy to financial outcomes
Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, including structuring ambiguous problems, prioritizing based on strategic logic, and connecting insights to business outcomes
Ability to influence across functions, challenge constructively, build buy-in without authority, and diplomatically manage competing stakeholder
