This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building long-term client partnerships within the CRO space, with a strong emphasis on Oncology.

As Senior Executive EMEA Business Developer, you will define and execute integral growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, and build strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s commercial success by aligning business development initiatives with long-term strategic goals.

Business Development Execution

- Oversee CRM-driven pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce) for transparency and efficiency
- Ensure high-quality, timely RFP and proposal submissions
