Les Roches General Hospitality Education , a world-leading institution in hospitality management and part of Sommet Education, is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join our Marbella campus on a temporary replacement contract. Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will support prospective students throughout the admissions process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Review and assess student applications according to admissions criteria.
Process registrations, payments and admissions documentation.
Provide information and guidance to prospective students.
Manage enquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
Support campus tours, open days, information sessions and recruitment events.
Assist with scholarship applications, reporting and general administrative tasks.
Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business,



Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar admissions role.
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of international education systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with databases.
What We Offer Temporary replacement contract.
Salary: €18,000 - €22,000 gross per year.
