At Samako, we believe a clean home creates a clear mind. Cleaning shouldn't feel like a chore, it should bring calm and balance to everyday life.
We design minimalist, beautifully crafted cleaning companions made to be seen and used. Rooted in Dutch design, our products combine form and function to create effortless routines and peaceful spaces.
Cleaning is often seen as a boring, functional category. We see something else: the opportunity to turn everyday essentials into a desirable lifestyle brand — beautiful, calm, even sexy.
As Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the brains behind our supply chain
— from inventory and forecasting to purchasing, logistics, and supplier management. You keep things running smoothly, spot risks before they arise, and build systems that make us structurally stronger.
What will you do?
Forecast demand and manage stock levels across our fulfillment center, Bol.com, Amazon, and B2B
Plan purchase orders and local inventory to prevent stock-outs
Manage supplier and vendor relationships
Optimize logistics for cost, speed, and consistency

Handle import documentation, customs, and HS codes
Build scalable supply chain systems and workflows
Track KPIs (lead times, forecast accuracy, stock health) and adjust as needed
Align demand planning with marketing, finance, and operations
What are we looking for?
5+ years in D2C supply chain or operations (e-commerce required)
Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and international supply chains
Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes
Experience with fulfillment platforms (Amazon FBA, Bol LVB)
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and ERP skills
Structured, precise, and solution-oriented
Fluent in Dutch (a huge plus) and English
Fast-growing DTC brand — ideas become real products fast, no endless meetings
Real ownership from day one
No heavy corporate structure or big egos
We build products that make everyday life cleaner and more peaceful
Sustainability we actually care about, not just a buz
