We're working with a growing technology consultancy in Madrid that is expanding its engineering team due to increasing demand from clients across a range of industries.
This is a client-facing Software Engineering role where you'll work on different projects, technologies and business problems rather than being tied to a single product or stack.
You'll work closely with both client and internal teams to understand problems, design solutions and build production software from the ground up.
What you'll do
Design, build and deliver production software
Work across APIs, backend services and application architecture
Collaborate directly with clients and technical stakeholders
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Work across different technologies, languages and frameworks




Take ownership throughout the full software development lifecycle
Help clients improve existing systems and approaches
What we're looking for
We're looking for engineers with 4 + years of commercial experience and strong software engineering fundamentals.
Professional level English communication
Experience with one or more of the following would be valuable:
Python
Java
C# / .NET
Go
Rust
React
You don't need to know everything on the list. We're more interested in strong engineering ability, problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt.
Consultancy or client-facing experience is a plus, but not essential. You'll need to be comfortable communicating with clients and working across different technical environments.
