Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a hands-on Freelance / Contractor Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate CamelBak's marketing activities across Europe .
Based in Barcelona, the role will work closely with the European Marketing team, making regular in-person collaboration an important part of the project. The position is freelance and offers flexibility in how the work is organised, while requiring the professional to be based in or around Barcelona to stay closely connected with the team and support European initiatives.
The aim of the role is to turn CamelBak's general brand plans into clear, on-time execution across European markets, including campaigns, launches, events, content, retail and distributor marketing.
The main tasks of the position are:
Go-to-Market
Coordinate the execution of European launches and campaigns with internal teams and external partners
PR & Content
Coordinate with regional PR agencies, media and creators




Propose local content ideas
Coordinate photo and video productions when needed
Events & Activations
Plan and coordinate CamelBak's presence at agreed European events
Coordinate suppliers, logistics, branding, sampling and on-site execution
Digital & Social
Produce and coordinate European content for social and digital channels
Provide campaign assets for E-commerce
Coordinate marketing programs with key retailers, dealers and distributors
Share assets and guidelines
Work regularly with the European Marketing team in Barcelona to align priorities
Ensure CamelBak is fully integrated into the wider European marketing organization
Specific deliverables and priorities will be agreed in a project plan and reviewed periodically.

3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brands
