Job Description
Starting in September, you will join our HR team as an HR Officer Intern. Join our team and start a new adventure in an international and dynamic environment, where you will be able to fulfill your career expectations in a fast-growing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Corporate HR department, supporting team members and ensuring smooth HR operations in a multicultural context.
Your missions
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Support the documentation and integration of HR processes and policies
Help maintain and update HR records, contracts, and confidentiality agreements
Collaborate with the Academy team to review and develop training modules
Assist in HR reporting and dashboard creation, gathering and analyzing HR data
Provide support for payroll inputs and compensation topics
Address HR-related queries from team members (leaves, compensation, etc.)
Contribute to the improvement of HR procedures and lean management projects




Support the organization of internal HR communications and events
Your profile
Academic background: Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
First experience in HR (internship or work-study)
You demonstrate a strong interest in HR operations and development
You demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills
French and English fluent
You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
