Key Responsibilities
Manage travel inquiries and reservations with precision, ensuring a seamless experience for our premium client base.
Provide expert guidance on flight, hotel, and vehicle rental bookings while addressing specific travel constraints.




Resolve complex scheduling issues and travel disruptions with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
Act as a primary point of contact, delivering high-quality support in the travel industry.
Maintain detailed customer records and travel documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with general teams to ensure consistent service delivery across various travel routes.
Utilize internal booking systems to optimize travel itineraries and maximize cost-efficiency for travelers.
Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in English to thrive in our international team.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related sectors is highly advantageous.
