As Orange Cyberdefense (OCD), the Orange Group’s cybersecurity subsidiary, launches its Spanish entity, it is recruiting a Business Support Officer based in Madrid. The role provides direct support to local management—including Finance, Operations and Sales—in handling the administrative and financial activities essential to the smooth running of the Spanish entity.
ERP and CRM Systems Point of Contact




Develop a strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM and internal procedures to advise Sales and Operations users.
Liaison Between Local Operations and the GSP
Escalate overdue customer invoices to Operations and Sales teams, and monitor collection actions.
Enter complex customer orders in the ERP when they cannot be processed independently by the GSP.
Work closely with Sales and Production teams to understand how these orders should be structured in the ERP.
Non-Production Procurement Support
~ Process purchase requests unrelated to customer projects, from purchase order placement through to resolving any issues preventing supplier invoice payment.

At least five years’ professional experience, ideally in Finance, Sales Administration, Procurement Administration or an ERP environment.
