Your role * Lead Ivoclar's global paid performance strategy in line with marketing,



demand-generation and commercial objectives. * Plan, manage and optimise paid media across search, social, programmatic, display, video and other relevant channels. * Identify conversion opportunities across campaigns, landing pages and customer journeys, working with internal teams and agencies to improve performance. * Drive qualified traffic, lead generation and customer acquisition through effective audience, channel and campaign strategies. * Lead Ivoclar's global SEO strategy to support organic growth, demand generation and customer acquisition. * Identify and prioritise SEO opportunities using keyword research, search intent, competitor activity, customer behaviour and performance data. * Partner with integral and local marketing teams to translate business objectives into effective digital performance strategies. * Provide specialist guidance on media, search, targeting, acquisition and performance optimisation
