As we continue to expand in Spain, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help build and grow our presence in the Zaragoza region. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and making things happen. The role: You will be responsible for identifying suitable housing opportunities, developing relationships with relevant stakeholders and turning opportunities into business. You will work closely with the Kassoe Housing team, including colleagues who will spend significant time on the ground in Zaragoza, giving you strong support while you learn our processes and way of working. Key responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities in Zaragoza and the surrounding area.



* Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, property owners, landlords and other relevant stakeholders. * Identify and source suitable properties and housing opportunities. * Develop and maintain a strong local network. * Proactively contact potential partners and property owners. * Visit and assess potential properties. * Manage leads and opportunities from initial contact through to agreement. * Support negotiations and commercial discussions. * Ensure a high level of service and attention to quality. * Maintain accurate records and follow opportunities through. * Represent Kassoe Housing professionally in the local market.
