Hybrid: 2 days in the office + 3 days remote We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (French-speaking) to join our Professional Services team in Barcelona and lead complex technology projects in highly regulated, international environments. What will you do? You will take ownership of complex customer projects end-to-end, from requirements analysis and initiation through implementation and successful handover. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing complex IT and technology implementation projects within our CBDC ecosystem, including backend applications, mobile apps, digital wallets, smart cards, and integration components. Our customers are typically Central Banks. * Leading project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, budget, and customer objectives are successfully managed. * Establishing strong project governance, including status reporting, steering meetings, escalation management, decision tracking, and stakeholder coordination. * Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and change requests,



ensuring project continuity across both short-term initiatives and complex multi-year programmes. * Working closely with internal teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors in a highly international and multicultural environment. * Facilitating customer communication and follow-ups in French and English. * Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment on scope, quality, dependencies, and timelines. * Contributing to tenders and proposals together with our Business Development and Technical teams.
