Your tasks * You prepare loan applications from a market perspective related to transactions regarding our German /DACH market. * You conduct in-depth cash flow analyses and ratings, ensuring every deal aligns with the bank’s credit risk strategy. * Together with our Originators and Senior Loan Managers, you act as a contact for our clients. * You support in managing relationships for both new business opportunities and our existing German portfolio. * The participation in Condition Precedents (CP), Condition Subsequents (CS)



and disbursement processes, as well as the structuring and monitoring of collateralization is also part of the role. * You perform ongoing risk and portfolio monitoring to ensure long-term stability and maintain and ensure the quality of all relevant process data within our systems. * In addition to your operational tasks, you support in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. How to convince us * Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist) * Initial experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking * Basic knowledge of the German real estate market * Basic knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management * Knowledge of MS Office and basic
