Enterprise Reporting Standards & BI Governance - KPI Standardization: Experience reviewing current-state executive/operational reports to map lineage, spot calculation contradictions, and build unified Enterprise KPI dictionaries. - Change Management & Adoption: Ability to validate reporting standards with business units, pilot new dashboard templates, and establish formal certification/approval workflows.
