The Inside Sales Team lead will Implement the sales strategies defined at country / regional level to retain existing customers, drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Customer Service Department. * Lead, coach, and develop team members, including onboarding and training new employees within the Customer Retention and Customer Service functions. * Foster a customer-centric culture focused on service excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships. * Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the achievement of commercial and operational objectives. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee sales campaigns, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing actionable insights to support business growth. * Optimize team workload distribution and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales objectives. * Contribute to pipeline generation initiatives and customer retention programs, supporting sustainable revenue growth.



* Act as the main administrator and subject matter expert for CRM platforms and internal sales management tools, ensuring data quality and process compliance. * Develop and expand relationships with strategic Inside Sales accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and increased customer value. * Ensure consistent implementation of regional sales directives, corporate guidelines, and company policies. * Serve as a key user, trainer, and change ambassador for new systems, processes, and digital tools, supporting successful adoption across the organization. * Support departmental budgeting and forecasting processes through data analysis and business insights. * Promote a strong culture of compliance by implementing and monitoring the required controls, procedures, and policies in line with corporate governance standards.
