* Generate outbound pipeline across Spain and Spanish-speaking LATAM through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and professional/medical events, targeting hospitals, hospital groups, and diagnostic centers * Research and map the healthcare network of each market (public and private hospitals, hospital groups, health ministries, regional health services, and purchasing bodies) to identify who buys and who decides * Prospect and qualify key stakeholders — Heads of Emergency, Heads of Radiology, IT/Systems Directors, CIOs, Medical Directors, General Managers, AI leads, and other relevant hospital roles — and build a clear picture of each buying committee * Design and run persistent, multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) adapted to each country’s healthcare system and buying process, and follow up methodically until a meeting is booked or the lead is properly disqualified * Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to make sure they have all the relevant context before meetings with potential customers * Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date: accounts, contacts,
