At agap2, we are looking for an AI Governance Business Analyst to join an international environment in Barcelona, helping business teams identify, assess and implement AI opportunities responsibly and effectively.

What will you do?
• Assess AI opportunities across different business functions, evaluating business value, feasibility and suitability.
• Analyse business needs and determine whether the best solution is AI, data analytics, automation, process improvement or an existing tool.
• Structure use cases, define requirements and recommend the most appropriate delivery approach.
• Coordinate initiatives from initial idea through implementation and adoption, working closely with Business, IT, Data, Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, Procurement and Risk teams.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and align stakeholders around priorities and expected outcomes.




• Build simple AI assistants and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Ensure initiatives follow Responsible AI principles and applicable governance, risk, privacy, security and compliance requirements.
• Monitor the AI initiative portfolio, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, KPIs and adoption.

What are we looking for?
• Experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, AI Governance, IT Governance or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Practical understanding of Generative AI, AI assistants, agents and automation, including tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analysing processes, facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependencies and progress tracking.
• Understanding of AI-related risks, responsible AI principles, data privacy, security and regulatory compl
