Role Description The Spanish-Speaking International Sales Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Spain. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities in Spanish-speaking markets, building relationships with installers, integrators, and industrial clients, and expanding Amper’s customer base.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in close coordination with the headquarters in Germany. The specialist will manage and grow existing accounts, monitor market trends, and provide feedback on customer needs to support product positioning and sales strategies. The role also involves regular reporting, participation in trade fairs or industry events, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation in Spanish market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with fluency in Spanish and very good English; German knowledge is a plus.
