We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support reliable delivery of Azure cloud and infrastructure services in a global DaaS environment. You'll keep track of demand, commitments, dependencies and service performance, help technical teams and providers move agreed actions forward, and escalate decisions to the right owners.

• Freelance: Remote from anywhere in Spain
• International projects and collaboration with teams across different countries

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
• 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator or in a similar IT service coordination, infrastructure operations or technical delivery role.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, service providers and geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of incident, problem, change, request and service-level management (SLA/KPI)

• Experience maintaining backlogs in Jira and/or ServiceNow, tracking dependencies and risks, and producing service reports.
• Experience coordinating changes and operational transitions: readiness checks, runbooks, knowledge transfer, handover to Run & Ops and hypercare.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise infrastructure: networking, identity/RBAC, compute, storage and Kubernetes concepts.
• Awareness of Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Datadog or Grafana).
• Ability to work independently within a defined mandate and recognise when escalation is required.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
• ITIL certification is desirable (equivalent practical experience is accepted).
