Role Description The Sales Development Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona, responsible for leading the growth of MyMediaConnect’s customer base and revenue. This role oversees the sales development function,



including building and managing a high-performing team focused on qualifying leads, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Director will design and implement sales strategies, set performance targets, optimize sales processes, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive market penetration and customer retention. Day-to-day activities include coaching team members, analyzing performance data, refining outreach and qualification methods, and engaging with key prospects and partners to expand MyMediaConnect’s presence in target markets. The director will also contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement of sales operations to support sustainable growth.
