families & the wider community - Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures. - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. - Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity The Requirements: - ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field. - WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police Check - Developed interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders. - Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
