About the Role

Shape Exceptional Event Experiences on a Global Stage

Are you passionate about bringing events to life and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed? We are looking for an Event Partner to join our Global Trade Fairs & Events team in Madrid. In this role,



you will play a key part in supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including international trade fairs, customer events, partner activations, webinars and internal events.

Working with colleagues across marketing, sales, product management and regional teams, you will help create engaging experiences that strengthen our brand, support business growth and deliver value to customers and partners worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of trade fairs, customer events, partner activations, webinars and internal events.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, registrations, materials, supplier coordination and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, invoicing processes and procurement compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, digital and local market teams to ensure successful event delivery.
