Business Manager - LATAM
Location: Spain (Remote)
Working Hours: Starting at 1:00 PM Madrid time to enable real-time collaboration with teams in Mexico and Brazil.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level or equivalent) required; Portuguese is a plus.

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven business leader to own revenue growth and profitability across our LATAM education portfolio.
This role combines sales leadership, business strategy and full portfolio P&L; ownership. You will lead and drive the performance of sales teams,



take ownership of revenue, contribution and EBITDA targets, and identify opportunities to improve enrolments, conversion and profitability.
You will work closely with Sales, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Creation and University Relations teams across Spain, Mexico and Brazil to translate business goals into actionable plans and deliver sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who understands how to grow a business, lead sales teams and balance revenue growth with profitability.
