WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

Main challenge

We are looking for a Live Ops Intern to support the planning, setup, communication,



and monitoring of in-game promotions and events. You will work closely with Product Managers, Game Producers, and the Live Operations team to help deliver engaging player experiences and ensure the smooth execution of live activities.

What it means on a daily basis

• Live Events & Promotions: Set up and execute in-game promotions and events, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.

• In-Game Communication: Prepare briefs and coordinate the setup of in-game communication tools, including visual assets and push notifications.

• Performance Monitoring: Use analytical tools and dashboards to monitor live operations results and evaluate the impact of promotions and events.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and game production teams to coordinate live activities and ensure smooth execution.
