Your mission: Sales-driven, customer-focused, and solution-oriented – you'll develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth across the food industry in Spain and Portugal. You'll work with food manufacturers in bakery, beverages, dairy, ready meals, sauces, fruit & vegetable processing, pasta, confectionery, and snacks.
Your responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
• Identify customer needs and propose innovative natural ingredient solutions
• Prospect new customers and applications to drive business growth
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, and close deals
• Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing
• Develop and execute sales growth plans for Spain and Portugal
• Collaborate closely with R&D;, application technology, and other departments
• Maintain customer relationships and sales opportunities through CRM
• Travel activity approx. 60–70%, mainly across Spain and Portugal
Your profile:
• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience in B2B sales of food ingredients, ideally across multiple food applications
• Good understanding of food manufacturing processes and ingredient functionality
• Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and business development orientat
