Role Description
Dalim Digital is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to collaborate with our agency on paid search campaigns for service-based businesses, primarily in the US market.
This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to client projects and help drive measurable business results.
The role involves campaign setup, management, optimization, conversion tracking, and performance reporting, with a focus on qualified lead generation, cost efficiency, and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Proven results improving cost per lead, lead quality, and campaign performance.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search campaigns, keyword research, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make independent, evidence-based decisions.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with US-based service businesses is a strong advantage.
• Good written and spoken English and clear professional communication.
• Ability to explain and substantiate campaign results with specific examples.
• Based in the United States, Canada, or Europe, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across time zones.
