Foundever is looking for a Dutch Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting customers of a leading company in the sound equipment industry.

Position details
· Location: Los Remedios, Seville — on-site
· Contract: Permanent, full-time
· Working hours: 39 hours per week
· Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 and 18:00
· Salary: €22,600 gross per year
· Start date: As soon as possible
· Training: Paid training included in the contract

Your role
You will provide high-quality customer service in Dutch and English, responding to enquiries related to sound equipment and technical support. Your main objective will be to deliver a smooth, positive and solution-focused customer experience.

What we are looking for
· Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch
· Advanced English level, B2–1
· At least one year of customer service experience
· Residence in Spain
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
· Knowledge of, or interest in, sound equipment is an advantage
· Advanced Spanish is a plus





Training will take place on-site at our offices in Los Remedios, Seville.
